Who is Rodger Bailey?
Well, I’ll tell you a little about myself. This can help you understand who I am and what resources I bring to the table. if you want to succeed in network marketing, join me.
Education:
I graduated from high school in 1962, in Atlanta, Georgia. I went to a little college in the North Georgia mountains for one term and decided I didn’t want school at that time. So, I joined the US Navy and immediately started a one-year electronics school (so much for not wanting to go to school).
I graduated from Fordham University in New York City in 1972 with a BS in Anthropology and social science.
I received an MS in Educational Counseling from the University of Bridgeport (Connecticut) in 1977.
I studied Transactional Analysis (TA) during the mid-70s.
I studied Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) from 1977 through 1980.
Work History:
Military:
In the Navy from 1963 until 1966, I worked as an electronics technician about two different Destroyers in the Atlantic and Mediterranean out of Mayport, Florida.
Corporate World:
After the Navy, I started in night school, but there was now a wife and children, so I started working for IBM at the beginning of 1967. I got my first job at IBM as a repairman for tabulating card keypunches and sorters. I was also trained for the repair of certain computers.
In night school I had discovered that I was quite good at computer programming. But, I discovered that there was no career path within IBM (at that time) to move from Field Engineer (repairman) into computer programming.
In early 1968, I left IBM to take a job working with a childhood friend for the City of Atlanta as a computer programmer.I was programming accounting systems reports.
In early 1969 I was recruited back into IBM as a computer programmer. And on this job I learned that IBM stands for I’ve Been Moved. Over the next couple of years I was in Dallas TX, Raleigh, NC, and Fishkill, NY. I was programming computers used to automate factory machines.
In late 1970 I left IBM to work at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in NYC. I worked there for about 20 months while attending Fordham. My job was in computerizing the baby hospital’s blood and urine chemistry laboratory.
After graduating from Fordham, I worked at jobs on Long Island automating a market tracking system for one company and managing factory processes and inventory for a lamp manufacturer.
In 1974 I returned to IBM in Fishkill, NY working for the same manager I had when I left to go to university. Here I was programming processes for an automated chip manufacturing process. And later I was in Poughkeepsie, NY working as staff to a Director of a software development department.
Independent Consultant:
In 1980, I left IBM to begin my 30 year career as a consultant and trainer of a variety of linguistic tools and techniques for a wide range of clients. I taught therapeutic techniques. I taught organizational structure. I taught corporate culture. I taught profiling skills. I taught marketing techniques.
Developer:
LAB Profile™: The Language And Behavior Profile is a linguistic tool I created based on Noam Chomsky’s Transformational Grammar. I developed it in the last ’70s from my studies in Anthropology and NLP and my work in the corporate world.
This was started as a 8-minute interview from which a practitioner could predict and motivate 13 behavior patterns of the person being interviewed.
In later years, I have developed an online version of this profiling system which predicts 40 unique work behavior tendencies of a person. This is quite useful in professional development, coaching, and team building. My team members will have access to this tool to help them develop the skills and traits needed to become a leader in their chosen network marketing business.
Developmental Discovery™: Starting in early 2001, my wife and I started woring with children with Developmental Disorders. This includes the whole range of developmental problems from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Learning Disability (LD), and Dyslexia, through Auditory Processing Disorder (APD), and on up to and including Asperger’s and Autism.
Now, I’m sure that some of you are wondering how I went from Business Consulting to working with children. Well, remember that my Masters degree is in Educational Counseling. The LAB Profile was about brain function and behavior and I have always been interested in a child’s developmental process. In early 2001, my current corporate client (HP) had stopped all consulting contracts because of the financial problems of the Pacific Rim and so I had a little time on my hands.
Well, Isabel and I cracked the code on what causes Developmental Disorders and we have also figured out how to reverse it and get children back on track. In our private practice we are able to get their children back to normal.
I have recently been working on the process for giving parents total control of the process of getting their child (with a Developmental Disorder) back on track. One of the difficult parts of putting this into the hands of the parents is that there is some testing that is needed for the protocols we have established.
It turns out that the Amega Wand and Pendant is something which we believe will make an end-run around the testing aspect of our protocols (and it’s cheaper than our testing). If this holds up in our research, we will be able to put the tool, which gets their child back on track, directly into their hands by getting them involved with Amega.
So, that’s why I’m here.
After I prove the Amega actually does the job it seems to do, I’ll be concentrating on taking these health self care products into the market for parents of children with Developmental Disorders.
In the meantime, if you join my team, I’ll be able to get you into a training program which will get you organized as a leader of network marketing. You will start doing things which recruit folks who want to be recruited, make money during that recruiting process, and build your own team of those who learn, just like you, how to effective recruit.
All of you will also benefit from learning more about what makes people tick (including yourself) and how to be a better performer because of what you know.
